Augmented reality is quickly gaining traction as a format for marketers to think outside of the box when producing video content for their clients and brands. Passage Productions had the opportunity to work with an Israel based company in creating an augmented reality project for a trade show.

Passage Productions strives to stay ahead of the rest by staying up to date with the current trends and styles. Passage Productions is excited to be partnered with the Shamir, an International eye lens company to produce the newest augmented reality craze, which is Aurasma. Aurasma is the one of the latest augmented reality apps that has been gaining popularity quite rapidly. Aurasma is a downloadable app for smartphones and tablets which brings print ads, brochures, and internet campaigns to life. You place your smartphone or tablet over an ad and the ad will start to play a video on your phone or tablet. San Diego Video Production Company Passage Productions was requested to produce high quality motion graphic animations to Shamir’s print ad campaign. Passage Productions used their latest production software for animation along with using their state of the art recording booth and sound studio to record voice over to bring the animations to life. Passage Productions has crafted 12 Aurasma videos for Shamir and are continually producing more. Keep a look out!
